Correct! Wrong!

Aminotransferase usually requires the following for their activity Pyridoxal phosphate.

The enzyme aminotransferase is also known as Transaminases. It catalyzes the transamination reaction between an amino acid (NH2 group) and an α-keto acid (=O group). During the enzymatic reaction, the amine (NH2) group of amino acids exchange with the keto (=O) group α-keto acid. At the end of the enzymatic reaction, the amino acid converts to keto acid, and the keto acid converts to an amino acid.

The enzyme aminotransferase requires pyridoxal phosphate as a coenzyme.
